How Returns & Exchanges Work
If you’d like to request a return, please initiate it from the Orders section on our website within 5 days of delivery. We do not offer exchanges. By completing your purchase, you agree to abide by these return and store credit policies.

All returns go through a quality check by our team to make sure everything is in perfect condition. Once approved, you will receive STORE CREDITS, which can be used only for your future purchases with us. Please note that these credits are non-transferable.

How to Check Store Credits
Visit the Profile section in your Account. Once issued, the credits will be visible there. To use them on our website, kindly log in.

To Initiate a Return
Pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that the tags are intact and in the original packaging.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
1. If the product is damaged after delivery
2. If the item shows signs of wear and use
