How Returns & Exchanges Work – India Orders

If you’d like to request a return or an exchange, simply return it from our orders section in the website within 5 days from Delivery.

All returns go through a quality check by our team to make sure everything is in perfect condition. Once approved, we’ll issue you a Credit Note which you can use for any future purchases with us.

To Initiate a Return (India Only)

Pack the item in its original packaging, ensuring that the tags are intact.. and in the original packaging.

PLEASE NOTE

Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for return.

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

1. If the product is damaged after delivery
2. If the item shows signs of wear and use
3. We appreciate your patience and understanding throughout this process.
